1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the OneTimeWebsites website, your purchase or use of our services, and your participation in any offer, giveaway, or promotion that we run. By using our website, engaging our services, or entering a promotion, you agree to these terms.

OneTimeWebsites provides website design, website development, related digital services, and access to proprietary back-end tools and functionality, including OnePanel.

2. Our Services

We offer website design and development services on a one-off project basis and, where applicable, on an ongoing monthly basis for hosting, maintenance, support, back-end functionality, content management, integrations, or other recurring services. The exact scope of work, deliverables, and features included in any package are those confirmed by us in writing.

A one-time website fee generally relates to the build of the front-end website only unless we expressly state otherwise. Certain features, including but not limited to back-end tools, admin access, dynamic functionality, integrations, edits, maintenance, and ongoing support, may require an additional recurring fee.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Any quote, estimate, or promotional price provided by us may be withdrawn or changed at any time before payment is made. Prices may vary depending on the agreed scope, whether recurring services are included, and whether any promotional offer applies.

Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, invoices are due when issued and payment must be made in cleared funds. We may pause work, delay launch, remove access, or suspend services where payment is late or outstanding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all payments made to us are final and non-refundable once work has been booked, started, delivered, or reserved for you, except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

4. Delivery, Revisions, and Client Responsibilities

Any delivery date or timescale given by us is an estimate only unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing. Delays caused by missing client content, approvals, feedback, third-party services, or changes to scope are outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access, and instructions. Requests outside the originally agreed scope may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

5. Hosting, Maintenance, and Ongoing Support

Unless a separate maintenance, hosting, support, or monthly management arrangement has been agreed, ongoing maintenance is not included as part of a one-off website build. If no ongoing arrangement is in place, we are not responsible for issues arising after delivery, including loss of traffic, broken third-party integrations, outdated content, software incompatibility, or general website performance over time.

Maintenance and ongoing website management can be arranged separately with us at our then-current rates and terms.

6. Promotions and Free Website Offers

From time to time we may run promotions, including spin-to-win or free website offers. Entry into any such promotion does not guarantee any particular outcome, and any result shown by a spin wheel, form, or similar mechanic is subject to our verification and these terms.

By entering a free website promotion, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from us in connection with our services and offers. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you may opt out at any time by emailing contact@onetimewebsites.co.uk.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, any free website offer is limited, may be based on a standard package or template, may exclude certain features, and may only be available for a limited introductory period. Continued use after that period may require payment of a setup, continuation, subscription, or renewal fee, and pricing may differ depending on whether our back-end platform or related recurring services are also taken.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer, prize, or free website at any time where we reasonably suspect abuse, manipulation, duplicate entries, false details, ineligible participation, unfair use, or any attempt to obtain an offer contrary to its intended purpose. We also reserve the right to amend, suspend, replace, or end any promotion at any time without liability.

Where a free website is provided, we may limit the scope, design, features, support level, hosting period, or availability of that website at our discretion unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome from your website or our services. This includes, without limitation, rankings, traffic, enquiries, conversions, leads, sales, business growth, uptime, or compatibility with every third-party platform.

Any case studies, testimonials, screenshots, examples, or previous client results shown by us are illustrative only and must not be treated as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or any result.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Unless and until all sums due to us have been paid in full, all concepts, drafts, code, designs, assets, deliverables, and related intellectual property created by us remain our property. We may withhold delivery, transfer, publication, launch, files, or access until full payment has been received.

Once the relevant invoice has been paid in full, ownership of the bespoke front-end website deliverables created specifically for your project will pass to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, you do not acquire ownership of OnePanel, our back-end systems, admin tools, reusable components, internal frameworks, templates, processes, infrastructure, or any related proprietary functionality. Those remain our intellectual property at all times and are provided, where applicable, on a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence basis only.

9. Suspension, Refusal, and Termination

We may suspend, refuse, or terminate services, access, promotions, hosting, or support at any time where there has been non-payment, abuse, threatening behaviour, misuse of our systems, breach of these terms, reputational risk, unlawful activity, or any other reasonable business concern.

If services are ended, any outstanding fees remain payable and, unless required by law, no refund will be due for work already carried out, time already reserved, or promotional benefits already provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, traffic, leads, opportunities, goodwill, or reputation. Our total liability in connection with any claim relating to our services or website shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these Terms & Conditions, our pricing, our offers, and our service structure at any time. The latest version published by us will apply from the date it is posted unless stated otherwise.
